We respect and are committed to protecting the foundation's privacy as well as every user, adult or child. We strive to keep the personal information of our volunteers and users confidential. We do not sell or share any information submitted. Please be aware that despite our best intentions, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Be advised that we will respond to inquiries made by authorities for legal reasons and disclose personal information. We may also disclose information about users if we believe that disclosure is necessary for the public interest, especially on behalf of the youngest.
Cookies

We permit linking between the Chelsea Foundation's web site to those belonging to our artists and contributors which allows for direct inquiries about their other work, but we are particular about the sites that we link to, and do examine them prior to making any connection. Websites may contain links to other sites, third party links, and we do examine these links as best as we can. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of any site linked to either the Chelsea's Beacon site or the Chelsea Foundation's website. If we learn of anything questionable that is ill advised for our younger viewers, we do remove the link. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of those companies. With that said, please do know that to date, limited linking has been done to connect outside sites to the web site of Chelsea's Beacon, and where done, it is for the sole purpose of benefitting teachers.
